Frank Higgins

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Frank Higgins, proud Offaly man. Frank passed away suddenly, but peacefully in the tender care of the doctors and staff of the Regional Hospital Tullamore on the 27th March.

He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 62 years, Bridie (nee Guinan). Much loved dad to Críona, Ciarán, Maeve and Áine and beloved father-in-law to Paraic, Louise and Alan. He will be missed by his adored grandchildren Conor, Laura, Naoise, Jack, Oisín, Lucy, Mark and Caitn. Sadly missed by his sister Greta, brothers Brian and Dermot, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, wider family and a large circle of friends.

Predeceased by his brother Terry and his nephews Bill, Bruno and Frank and his sister-in-law Kathleen.

Reposing at Maher's Chapel of Rest, Portarlington (eircode R32 X5XV) on Sunday evening from 6pm with Rosary at 8pm. Removal on Monday morning at 11:20am arriving St Michael's Church, Portarlington (eircode R32 HY38) for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St Michael's Cemetery, Portarlington.
