On 3rd of August 2025, Frank passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in the exceptional care of the staff of the Bons Secours Hospital Cork. Predeceased by his beloved wife Pat (nee O’Connell), brothers Mick, Fr. Paddy and Jack. Loving father of Denis, Mary, Frank (James) and Rosie. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family, sons-in-law Dave and Claude, daughters-in-law Anne and Yvonne, sisters Siobhan (Hayes), Maura (O’Rourke), Kathleen (Condon), Noreen (Flood) and Eleanor (O'Sullivan), grandchildren Clíona, Lorcan, Éabha, Úna, Molly, Emily and Sophie, brothers-in-law Dan and Martin, sisters-in-law Maureen, Helen, Anna and Mary, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, friends and former Cork County Council colleagues.

Frank’s beautiful smile, charm, quick wit and gentle soul touched the lives of all who knew him.

Reposing at his home in Garrylaurence on Tuesday 5th August from 4:00pm until 8:30pm. Reception into St. Lawrence’s Church Clonmult Wednesday 6th August for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Eircode for residence P25 W640
