Peacefully, after a long illness. Former Lord Mayor of Cork, 1990. Reposing at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Rosary this Friday evening at 8.30pm. Removal tomorrow, Saturday evening, at 7pm to St. Joseph's Church, Mayfield. Requiem Mass on Monday morning at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Rathcooney Cemetery. Flowers are welcome or, if preferred, a donation, in lieu, to Marymount Hospice, Wellington Road, Cork.
