Frankie Cosgrove
It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Cosgrove, who passed away peacefully in Sligo University Hospital on 19th March 2025 after a long illness.
Dearly loved by his wife Maeve and daughter Rosanne.
Predeceased by his parents Terence and Delia Cosgrove, brothers David and Anthony and sister Mary.
Frankie will be sadly missed by his wife, daughter, sisters Dorothy, Hilary and Mareta, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo on Thursday 20th March 2025 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Funeral will arrive to St. Patrick’s Church, Strandhill, Sligo on Friday 21st March 2025 at 11:00am for requiem mass with funeral proceeding to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden, Sligo after.
