The death has occurred of
Frederick (Freddie) SHIELDS
Formerly of St Joseph's Park, Dundalk. Suddenly after a long illness, bourne with dignity, in Beaumont Hospital. Predeceased by his two sons Tommy and Freddie, also his sister Mary Tuite (recently deceased). Sadly missed by his loving wife Phyllis, daughter Ellen, grandson Thomas, sisters Margaret, Briege, Doreen and Bernadette, brothers Thomas, Patrick, Gerard and Brendan, son-in-law Derek, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
House private on Wednesday. Reposing at his residence on Thursday from 4pm to 7pm. Removal on Friday morning to S.S. Peter and Paul's Church, Balbriggan arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in Mount Jerome Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Cystic Fibrosis.
