Frederick Joseph (Fred) Scully

Carrigacunna, Killavullen and formerly of Tullylease.

Fred passed away peacefully in his sleep in the presence of his loving family in Bridhaven Nursing Home, Mallow on Tuesday, December 30th, 2025.

Beloved husband of the late Rosanne (née Nolan), and much loved father of Fred and the late Ann and David, cherished grandfather of Ashling, Mark, Cian, Arlen, Stephen, Brendan, Sarah and Daniel, great-grandchildren Jade, Skye Elliot and Tara.

Deeply regretted by his loving son, family, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Fred Rest in Peace

Reposing in O'Keeffe's Funeral Home, Bowling Green, Mallow (P51 XE2T), on Friday afternoon from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, followed by Prayers.

Reception into the Church of St. Nicholas, Killavullen, on Saturday morning for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, after which Fred will be laid to rest in Killavullen New Cemetery.

The family would like to thank all of the management, nurses and staff at Bridhaven nursing home for the wonderful care they showed to Fred.
