Gay passed away on 22nd November 2023, peacefully, at Castlecomer District Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Josephine and his brother John (Naxie). Beloved husband of May and much loved father of Anne and Gemma. Gay will be sadly missed by his wife and daughters, brother Aidan, sisters-in-law Maggie and Tess, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
May Gay Rest in Peace.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home on Friday (24th November) from 5pm with Rosary and Prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday morning at 10.30am in St. John's Church. Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran's Cemetery. House private please.
