Garrett Carey

Carey Garrett, 23rd June 2023, St. James’s Road, Greenhills and G. Carey Autos; peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross; beloved husband and best friend of Kelley, adored dad of Sam, Max and Grace, beloved son of Peter and Imelda and a much-loved brother of Audrey, Peter, Ian and Sinéad.

Garrett will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, children, parents, sisters, brothers, mother-in-law Carmel, father-in-law Jimmy, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephew, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, neighbours and his large circle of friends.

May Garrett rest in peace.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village, on Sunday afternoon (25th June 2023) from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday (27th June 2023) at 11.30am in Church of the Holy Spirit, Greenhills, followed by Cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium. 

As per Garrett’s request he would like everyone attending his Funeral to wear bright coloured clothing – no black please.
