Gary Smith

Gary (Engineer with Cork City Council and Former Engineer with Cork County Council). Died peacefully on the 30th December 2025 following an illness bravely borne surrounded by his loving wife and family. Predeceased by his brother in law Pat.

Sadly and lovingly missed by his wife Yvonne (nee Murphy) and his children Ollie and Clodagh, his parents Ralph and Theresa, his brother Lee and his wife Sinéad and their children Sofia and Ben, his sister Shauna, father in law Willie, mother in law Noreen, sisters in law Sinéad and Liam, Suzanne and Graham, Tracy and Eoin and Keerti, his nieces and nephews Róisín, Maria, Sam, Alice and Rohan, his extended family, work colleagues and many friends.

May Gary Rest in Peace.

Gary will Repose at his home in Garryduff, Dungourney, Co Cork P25EW62 from 10am to 6pm on Friday 2nd January 2026.

Reception into St. Lawrence's Church, Clonmult Co Cork on Saturday 3rd January 2026 for Requiem Mass at 2pm.

Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
