Gearóid Ahern

Ahern (Farlestown, Ballinhassig and late of Kinsale) on November 20th 2022 unexpectedly at home. Gearóid, beloved husband of Sarah (nee Dunne) and adored father of Lochlann and Meghan and dear son of Gerard and Mary.

Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, children, parents, brothers Mike and John, parents-in-law Jim and Liz Dunne, brother-in-law Dave, sisters-in-law Alice, Lisa and Diana, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.

Gearóid will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Kinsale on Tuesday evening from 5.30pm to 7pm followed by prayers.

Gearóid's Funeral will leave the Funeral Home on Wednesday morning at 10.30am approx. en route to St. John the Baptist Church, Kinsale for Requiem Mass at 11am which will be livestreamed on www.churchservices.tv/kinsale, funeral afterwards to St. Eltin's Cemetery, Kinsale.
