Gene (Joseph) Sheenan

The death has occurred of Gene (Joseph) Sheenan, Cornagee, Mill Road, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, peacefully at his home and surrounded by his family, 12th August 2024.

Predeceased by his parents Jack & Eileen, brother Mel, grandson Tomás, brother-in-law Noel McEneaney, sister-in-law Margaret and his niece Leah. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Anna, daughter Ruth (Eoin), son Robert (Ciara), grandchildren Sineád, Aife, Tara, Seán, Kaiden, Paudie, Anna-Kate, Conor, Cillian and great-grandchild Harley. Gene will be sadly missed by his sister Rita, brothers Pat, Lan, John, Stephen, Michael, Dominic & Simon, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives & friends.

Rest In Peace

Reposing at the home of his daughter Ruth, (Cornamagh, Kingscourt, A82FN52), on Wednesday, 14th August, from 2pm to 8pm. Removal on Thursday morning, 15th August, to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt, for Funeral Mass at 10am, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
