George BYRNE

BYRNE (Glengara Park Nursing Home, Glenageary and formerly of Thomastown Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) – March 3rd 2023 (peacefully) surrounded by his loving children and in the wonderful care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. George; dearly beloved husband of the late Bridie and also Betty, devoted father to Paul, Tracy, John, Amanda, Sara and Liam.  Sadly missed by his heartbroken children, step-children, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law Dave, Miriam, Gary, Matthew and Janice, grandchildren Mark, Bradley, Stephen, Charley, Callum, Killian, Billy, Joshua, Lily Belle, Riley, Adam and Amelia, his sister Eileen, relatives and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at Patrick O’Donovan and Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin A96 PW73 on Wednesday (Mar 8th) from 4pm to 6pm with Prayer Service at 5.45pm (all welcome to attend).  Removal on Thursday (Mar 9th) to the Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Churchview Road, Killiney A96 AY24 arriving for 11am Requiem Mass.  Funeral immediately afterwards to Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill A98 Y952.  To view the Mass live click on this link https://churchservices.tv/johnstownourlady
