George Floyd, Tenure, Dunleer, Co. Louth and formerly of Ballsgrove, Drogheda. 8th December 2025. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital after a short illness surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Christine, sister Anne and brother Donal. Beloved Dad of Paul and Vivienne. George will be sadly missed by his son and daughter, son-in-law Neil, grandchildren Garreth, Connor, Keane and their partners, great-grandchildren Leo and Macie, his partner of 24yrs Bernadette, sisters Diana and Kitty, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda A92 XN75 on Wednesday evening from 4pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday at 11.30 am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, and can be viewed live at www.saintpetersdrogheda.ie with burial afterwards in St. Peters Cemetery.
