George Gallagher

The death has occurred of George Gallagher,
Fanaghan, Inver. Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday 19th February 2025.

Predeceased by his parents Peter and
Mary Ann and his beloved daughter Breda, brothers Peter and Johnny.
Beloved husband to Bridget, dear father of John (Teresa), Seoirse (Marie), Michael (Marie), Catriona (Joe), Sheila (Paul) and son-in-law Karol.

He will be sadly missed by all his grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister Patricia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Remains reposing at Gallaghers Funeral Home, Station Road, Mountcharles (Eircode F94XO2N) on Thursday 20th February from 2pm until 8pm.

Wake at the family home (Eircode F94AC60) on Friday 21st February from 12 noon until 9pm.

Removal from there on Saturday 22nd February at 10:30am, going to St Nauls Church, Ardaghey for 11am funeral Mass, followed by burial in St Nauls Cemetery, Ardaghey. Family home private on the morning of the funeral.

There will be a one way system in operation at the wake, entering at Inver Crossroads and exit at Fanaghan. Parking will be provided at Inver village. There will be limited parking at the family home.
