The death has occurred of
George (Georgie) Gahan
GAHAN (Mayfield and Farranree, Cork): On January 26th 2025, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, GEORGE (GEORGIE),(TNT/Fed Ex), beloved husband of Patricia, loving father of Yvonne, Alan, Pamela and Mark, brother of Peter, Paul, Alan, Colette, Sharon and the late Ann.
Sadly missed by his loving family, son-in-law Paul, daughters-in-law Helen and Angela, his adored grandchildren; Donna, Kieran, Maive, Darragh, Aaron, Adam, Sarah, Megan and Luke, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’ Connor Ltd. on Wednesday (January 29th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
A celebration of Georgie’s life will take place at 1.30pm on Thursday (30th January) in the Mayfield Funeral Home followed by a Cremation Service at 3.00pm in the Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.
