George GRIFFIN

George Griffin of Shankill, Dublin 18 and formerly of Healy Street, Dublin 1, passed away peacefully at home, on Friday, 3rd February, 2023, with his family by his side, following a long illness, fought with great courage and dignity. Much loved husband and best friend of Kay, devoted and loving father of George, David and Stephanie, father-in-law of Audrey, Sandra and David, adored Grandad of Lewis, Ross, Cameron, Alex, Matthew, Nicholas, Ben and Sam, great-grandfather of Fraizer and beloved brother of Mary. He will be sadly missed by all his family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Wednesday, 8th February, 2023 from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal from his home on Thursday, 9th February, at 10.30am to St. Anne’s Church, Shankill, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.00am, followed by Committal Service at 1.30pm, in the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Blackrock Hospice.
