George Lawlor

Lawlor George, 21st February 2026, Kildare Road, Crumlin and formerly of Finglas and Department of Arts, Sports and Tourism, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff of Clover Lodge Nursing Home, Athy. Beloved husband of the late Margaret, loving dad of Susan and George, and much-loved grandad of David and Khooky. George is predeceased by his loving brothers Christy and Jimmy, his sister Kathleen and his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

George will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his loving children, daughter-in-law Sarah, grandchildren, great grandchildren Reuben, Rosie and Renée, brother-in-law and friend Fran, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home on Thursday afternoon from 12.30pm to 2pm

Funeral Service will take place on Thursday afternoon at 2.30pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Chapel, Mount Jerome followed by Cremation.
