Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff in Esker RÍ Nursing Home, Clara, surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Kathleen, parents Laurence and Elizabeth and his 12 brothers and sisters Dora, Elizabeth, Jack, Michael, Mary-Jane, Larry, Bridgie, Nellie, Simon, Veronica, Bernie and Stephen. George will be sadly missed by his loving family Michael, Georgina, Teresa and Kieron, sons in law Barty and Steven, daughters in law Dolores and Sylvia, his adored grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and his many life long friends.

Reposing at his home on Sunday from 2pm until Removal at 6pm the Church of the Assumption, Tullamore, arriving at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass on Monday morning at 10am followed by Burial after Mass in Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore.
