7th April 2026.

Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in the exceptional care all the staff of St. John's Ward at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, and previously the dedicated team at the Ashbury Nursing Home.

Beloved father of Jeremy and Linda and cherished partner of Maureen.

Sadly missed by his daughter, son, partner, daughter-in-law Kumiko, grandchildren Eva and Alfie, extended family, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

 

Rest in Peace

 

George will be reposing on Monday (13th April) from 2pm to 4pm at Fanagans Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown A94 XK28.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday (14th April) at 11.30 am in the Church of Sts. Alphonsus and Columba, Ballybrack followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
