George Murray
George Murray of Curraghbeg, Adare, Co Limerick.
October 23rd 2025 peacefully, surrounded by his family, in the excellent care of Beaumount Hospital, St Peter’s ward and previously Moorehall Lodge Balbriggan and Charleville Nursing homes.
Predeceased by his son Alan and daughter Lisa. Beloved husband of Breege. Sadly missed by family Fiona, Michael, Noel, Ray, Dave, Pete, son in law Peter, daughters in law Jane, Audrey, Joyce and Kate. Grandchildren Conor, Philip, Daragh, Jordan, Liam, Scott, Cara, Sinead, Joe and Fiadh and great grandchildren, brothers Eamonn and Kevin, neighbours, extended family and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street on Sunday (26th October) from 5pm to 6.30pm. Funeral arriving at Holy Trinity Abbey Church, Adare on Monday (27th October) for Requiem Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Adare.
