George O'Connor

The death has occurred of George O’Connor, Eden, Fairymount, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon - 4th December 2023, peacefully at his home surrounded by his devoted family. Deeply missed by his beloved wife Marion, daughters Caitríona, Aoife, Eimear and Bláthnaid, his son Eddie, sons-in-law David, Keith, Joseph and Trevor and Eddie’s partner Caoilfhoinn. He will be loved forever by his beautiful grandchildren Cara, Aoibhín, James, Tom, Ben, David, Peter, Molly, Grace, Vincent, Edel and Annie. George will be sadly missed by his sisters and brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Reposing at his residence on Wednesday, 6th December from 4pm to 7pm (eircode F45 XT53). Funeral Mass on Thursday, 7th of December at 11am in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Fairymount (eircode F45 F702). Burial afterwards in Fairymount New Cemetery.
