O’TOOLE, George, late of Rathfarnham and formerly of Kilternan and An Post, passed away peacefully on the 14th of April 2022, in the care of the wonderful staff at St. Luke’s Hospital, Rathgar. Beloved husband of Marguerite and loving dad of Maria, Barry, Vickey, and Jess. Predeceased by his siblings Pat, Vincent, Dermot, Marian, and Gabriel; he will be sadly missed by his loving wife, his children, sisters Evelyn and Carmel, brother Ned, sons-in-law Richard and Brad, daughter-in-law Sinéad, grandchildren Alex, James, and Lilah, brothers and sisters-in-law and all his extended family, neighbours and friends.

George will be reposing in the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, on Wednesday, April 20th, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning to the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Ballinteer, arriving for 11am Mass, followed by a cremation service in the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome, at 12.45pm. Mask wearing and social distancing are advised in both the Funeral Home and in the Church.
