George Parkes

The death has occured of George Parkes, Largantemple, Lurganboy, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim. George a resident of St Phelim's Nursing Home Dromahair and formerly of Largantemple, Manorhamilton. 30th November 2023 peacefully at Sligo University Hospital after a short illness surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents James and Mary Ann, sister Kathleen (Pigott), and brother John. Sadly missed by his sisters Florence (Shaw), May (Greene), nieces Helen (David), Susan (Paul), Linda (Paul) extended family, neighbours and friends.

Removal to the Chapel of Ease, Lurganboy on Friday evening, 1st December, to arrive at 7pm. Funeral Service on Saturday, 2nd December, at 2pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. Condolence messages can be left on the link below.
