George Phelan

The death has occurred of George Phelan, Tinniscully, The Rower, Co. Kilkenny.

George passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 24th, surrounded by his loving family in Waterford University Hospital.

George is predeceased by his loving parents, Patrick & Johanna Phelan (Garranbehy), his brothers John, Jimmy, Patrick, Michael (who died in infancy) sisters Nellie, Mary and Josie.

George will be sadly missed by his loving wife Josie, daughters Joanne and Myra, sons Patrick,, Sean, Eamon, George and Edward (who died in infancy), brother-in-law Eddie, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Doyle's Funeral Home, The Old Rectory, Rosbercon, New Ross on Friday, 26th January, from 4pm -8pm pausing for prayers at 6pm.

Funeral to arrive at The Church of The Assumption, The Rower for 12 noon Requiem Mass on Saturday, 27th January, followed by burial afterwards in Rosbercon Cemetery.
