George Salter-Townshend

SALTER-TOWNSHEND (Castletownshend): on March 20th 2026 peacefully at home with family and friends. GEORGE dearly loved husband of 57 years to Gina (nee Warner), much loved father of Zoë, Fiona, Brian, Michael, Matthew and Charlotte, brother of the late Robert. Sadly missed by his wife, children, sons-in-law Lotfi and Phil, daughters-in-law Emma and Niamh, grandchildren Nissrine, Amir, Firas, Noura, Mardtin, Patrick, Sean, Oisín, Rían and Mason, brother Peter, sisters Geraldine and Anne, extended family, relatives and a large circle of friends.

 

Prayers in St. Barrahane’s Church of Ireland, Castletownshend on Wednesday, March 25th 2026 at 2pm followed by reposing until 3.30pm.

 

Refreshments for family and friends afterwards at Mary Ann’s, Castletownshend.
