George Salter-Townshend
SALTER-TOWNSHEND (Castletownshend): on March 20th 2026 peacefully at home with family and friends. GEORGE dearly loved husband of 57 years to Gina (nee Warner), much loved father of Zoë, Fiona, Brian, Michael, Matthew and Charlotte, brother of the late Robert. Sadly missed by his wife, children, sons-in-law Lotfi and Phil, daughters-in-law Emma and Niamh, grandchildren Nissrine, Amir, Firas, Noura, Mardtin, Patrick, Sean, Oisín, Rían and Mason, brother Peter, sisters Geraldine and Anne, extended family, relatives and a large circle of friends.

George’s family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Dr. O’Shaughnessy and the Community and Palliative Care teams for their exceptional care and kindness shown to George during his illness.
