George Valentine O'Rourke
George Valentine O’Rourke, late of Kilpedder, Co. Wicklow and former station officer in the Dublin Fire Brigade, passed away peacefully on 18th March, 2021, surrounded by his loving family at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Beloved husband of the late Peggy, dearly loved Dad of John, Caroline, Derek, Mark and Trevor, cherished Grandad of Aaron, Rián and Jack; Luke, Sam and Alex; Easkey; Fiona and Max, fondly remembered by his daughters-in-law Veronica, Sinead, Maria and Karen, son-in-law Shane, sisters Phyllis and Vera, brother Eamonn, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Due to current restrictions, a private family Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday (24th March) at 12.00 noon which may be viewed on churchservices.tv/colliersbray. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, may be made online to the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association.
