Georgina Leonard
(née Keenan)
Georgina Leonard (née Keenan) (Ceannt Fort, Mount Brown, Dublin 8) passed away peacefully on 13th April 2025 in the exceptional care of the staff of Highfield Hospital surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late John and loving mother of the late Kevin. She will be sadly missed by her loving daughter Vanessa, son-in-law John, grandchildren Georgina, Kevin, Aedín and Keela, great-grandchildren Séan and Lennie, sister-in-law Eileen, nieces, nephews, the wider community of friends and staff at Highfield Hospital (her second family), extended family and friends.
Reposing at the Chapel of Repose in Highfield Hospital, Swords Road, Whitehall (D09 H343) on Tuesday evening from 5pm until 7pm.
Georgina’s Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday morning at 10am in St James’s Church, James’s Street with burial afterwards at Mount Jerome Cemetery.
