Georgina Whelan (née Craney) of Bray and Canada, died 25th August, 2016, peacefully, at home, in her 93rd year, surrounded by her loving family, beloved wife of the late Kevin. A much-loved and admired mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend; she will be greatly missed by her family, relatives and all who knew her.

There will be a gathering for family and friends, with prayers, on Friday evening, 26th August, from 8pm to 9pm, at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray. Walking from her home on Saturday morning at 9.30am to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Main Street, Bray arriving at 9.50am for Requiem Mass at 10.00am followed by cremation at Mount Jerome. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Purple House Cancer Support, can be made at the church.
