Ger, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at his home.
Pre-deceased by his father-in-law Micheál O'Callaghan.
Dearly beloved husband and best friend of Claire and cherished Daddy of Aoife, Roísín and Gearoíd. Ger will always be remembered and loved by his heart-broken wife and adored children, parents Tim and Kathleen, brothers Eoin and Tadhg.
Deeply regretted by his sisters-in-law Avril and Katrina Maher, mother-in-law Patricia O' Callaghan, sisters-in-law Fiona Treacy, Emma O' Callaghan, Fiona's husband Matt Treacy, nephews and nieces: Sophie, Daniel, Lauren, Rebecca, Fionn, Ailbhe, Darragh, Sarah, Seán, Eimear, Cathal, Aunts, Uncles, cousins, extended family, neighbours and his wide circle of treasured farming friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at his residence(E53 X050) on Sunday evening from 3pm to 7pm.
Private Removal from his residence on Monday morning at 11.30am arriving at St. Mary's Church, Shinrone (R42 WT26) for Funeral Mass at 12 noon.
Burial afterwards in Dunkerrin new cemetery.
Traffic Management will be in place on Sunday evening. There will be shuttle buses running from Mount St. Joseph's car park(E53 DX37) to his residence. No other access will be available to his residence during this time. Parking attendees will be in operation to help with traffic flow and buses.
In memory and honour of Ger Maher whose passion for and commitment to Shinrone Tractor Run was admirable. Ger will be greatly missed by the committee and all who knew him.
