Gerald Eaton

Eaton (Sleaveen Park, Kinsale) on February 9th 2026 peacefully at his daughter's residence in Glanmire. Gerald, beloved husband of the late Breda and dear father of Áine and Alison and brother of the late Angela and Michael.

Sadly missed by his loving daughters, sons-in-law Steve and James, grandchildren Corey, Harvey and Lucy, brothers and sisters Pat, Charlie, Rosie, Bernard, Timmy, Martin, Patrick, Carmel, Tina and Paul, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Gerald will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Kinsale (eircode P17WC61) on Wednesday from 5.30pm followed by prayers at 7pm. (Parking is available in Supervalu Car Park by kind permission - max 2 hours).

Removal on Thursday from Funeral Home at 1.40pm approx to St. John the Baptist Church, Kinsale for Requiem Mass at 2pm which will be live-streamed on www.churchservices.tv/kinsale after which Gerald will be laid to rest in St. Eltin's Cemetery, Kinsale.
