Passed peacefully in St. Clare's Ward, Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe, surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his sister Christie and brother Sonny.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Magaret, sons Dermot and Gerard, daughter Mary (Duffy, Athlone), daughter-in-law Marie, son-in-law Joe, grandchildren Michael, Peter, Stephanie and Shannon, great- grandchildren Ella, Fiadh, Meabh and Conn, sisters Gertie and Kathleen.

Requiem Mass in St. Patricks Church, Kiltormer on Monday 3rd January at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. House private please.

The Egan family are mindful of the current Covid 19 situation and wish for people to stay safe and well at this time. There is no obligation on persons to attend the funeral, a message of condolence is most welcome and is much appreciated by the family. Those attending the funeral are kindly asked to please wear a face mask and refrain from sympathizing and handshaking at all times.
