Gerald (Ger) DOODY

Gerald (Ger) Doody of 60 Riverside and formerly St Mary’s Park, Carlow, passed away peacefully, on November 28th, 2023, surrounded by his loving family in Beaumont Hospital, Dublin.

Beloved husband of Aileen, much loved father of Michael and Louise, adored Papa of Sarah, Oisín, Ava and Jamie and cherished brother of Gabriel, Declan, Paschal and Rita.

He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter, grandchildren, daughter-in-law Pauline, brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Carpenters Bros Funeral Home, Shamrock Square, Carlow (Eircode R93 C863) on Friday, December 1st, from 3pm concluding with Prayers at 7.30pm that evening. Removal from there on Saturday at 10.30am to The Holy Family Church, Askea, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00a.m. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.
