Geraldine Forde
(née O'Callaghan)
Forde (Westcourt, Ballincollig and late of Ballinagree, Macroom). On June 28th 2018, surrounded by her family at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, Geraldine (nee O’Callaghan) beloved wife of the late David, loving mother of Valerie and Linda and fond grandmother of Joshua, Sophie, Niall, Christine, Troy and Jamie. Sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons-in-law Joe and Aidan, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, godson Peter, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace.
Lying in Repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig on Friday from 6pm followed by removal at 8pm to the Church of St Mary and St John, Ballincollig. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12.30pm. Funeral afterwards to St John’s Cemetery, Ovens. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Marymount Hospice.
