Geraldine McGee

Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the kind, gentle care of the exceptional staff at St. Oliver Plunkett Nursing Home. Predeceased by her beloved parents, Michael and Sarah Ann, her brother Patrick and sister Phyllis. A gifted musician and inspiring teacher, Geraldine shared her love of music with generations of students, many of whom remained lifelong friends. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered not only by her family and friends, but by her wide circle of students, fellow musicians, and all those whose lives she touched through her passion for the arts.

May she rest in peace.

Geraldine will repose at her home (Eircode A91 E6X2) on Friday from 2pm to 7pm. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.40am, arriving for 11am Funeral Mass in St. Fursey’s Church, Haggardstown (Eircode A91 XH75), followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
