The death has occurred of
GERARD COTT
GERARD COTT (Ballintotas) passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving family on 1st of July 2023, in the tender care of Marymount Hospice, Cork. Cherished husband of Denise (née Egan) and loving father of Susan (Fitzgerald), Ashley (Totten), Dearbhla (O’Riordan), Brian and Ger.
Adored by his grandchildren Shauna, Conor, Ella, Bríain, Ryan, Daragh, Oisín, Cian, Áine, Lilly, Keela and Ava. Dearly beloved brother of Olive, Liam and Pat, and the late Bernie, Irene and Maire.
Sadly missed by his sons-in-law Donie, Ray, Eamon, and daughters-in-law Chris and Michelle, extended family, friends and neighbours.
The family would like to sincerely thank all the staff in St. Catherine’s Ward, Marymount, and everyone else who cared for Ger so well.
May Ger Rest In Peace.

Ger will repose at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton on Monday 3rd from 5.30pm- 7pm.
Requiem Mass on Tuesday 4th at 11am in St. Colman’s Church, Ballintotas followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
