Peacefully at St. Luke's Hospital, surrounded by his loving family after a brief illness, bravely borne.
Predeceased by his parents Gerard and Annie, sister Cecilia, brothers Terry, John and Pat.
Forever missed by his daughters Vanessa, Corinna, Karen and their mother Jan, his beloved grandchildren Tara, Caolán, Páidí and Dylan, sons-in-law David and Graham, sisters Helen, Margaret and Mary, brothers Paul, Denis and Dominic, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, dear friend Mary Lawlor, extended family, his loyal companion Moc and a wide circle of friends.
MAY GAR REST IN PEACE
Reposing at Coady's Funeral Home, Castlecomer on Sunday 4th February from 2pm concluding with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 7pm. Funeral Prayers on Monday morning at 10am followed by removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Castlecomer for Requiem Mass at 11am. Gerry will be laid to rest thereafter in the Crosshill Cemetery, Castlecomer.
