The death has occurred of
Gerard (Ger) GALLAGHER
GALLAGHER, Gerard (Ger) (late of Cruagh, Dublin Mountains and ex-Ballyboden Wanderers) 26th March 2026, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the care of the staff on the Hazel Ward, St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, beloved husband of Andrea and loving father to Holly and Karen. Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, grandson Josh, sister Mary, brother Brian, brother-in-law Gerry, sister-in-law Darina, nieces Sarah and Clodagh, nephew Ronan, extended family, relatives and many friends from Wanderers.

Ger will be reposing on Monday evening from 5pm - 7pm at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, The Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham. Removal on Tuesday morning to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Ballyboden arriving for 10.30am Funeral Mass, followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross.
