Gerard (Gerry) Burke

Burke Gerard (Gerry), 17th December 2025, (Cushlawn Park, Tallaght and formerly of Dolphins Barn), Passed (peacefully) in the wonderful care of the staff in Ruttle Ward, Tallaght University Hospital.

Predeceased by his brothers Paddy, Stephen, Christy and sisters Bridie and Sadie.

Gerry will be forever loved and sadly missed by his loving family, heartbroken wife Joan, loving son David, David’s partner Claire, son Stewart, grandchildren Kate and Dylan, Claire’s children Jamie, Josh and Jackson, sisters Marie, Diane, Roseleen and Joan, brothers Joseph, Fran and Noel, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Tallaght (opposite The Square) on Friday (19th December) from 6pm to 8pm.

Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday (20th December) in The Sacred Heart Church, Killinarden at 11am followed by Cremation in the Temple, Newlands Cross Crematorium for 1pm.
