Gerard (Gerry) Burke
Burke, Tullyroe, Ballygar, Co. Galway, February 16th, 2025, Gerard (Gerry), peacefully in Nightingale Nursing Home, Ahascragh. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Mary and his brother James. Gerry will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his sister Anna (Hanley), brother in law Oliver (Hanley), nephew Dermot (Hanley), nieces Deirdre (Shortall) and Gráinne (Sezille), grandnephews and grandnieces, nephews in law John and Nicolas, niece in law Sarah, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Moran’s Funeral Home, Ballygar on Tuesday evening from 6.30 o’clock until 7.30 o’clock with removal afterwards to St. Mary’s Church, Ballygar. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12 o’clock with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only by request. Funeral Mass can be viewed on http://ballygar.ie/ or on https://churchtv.ie/ballygar. It can be listened to locally on 106.5 F.M. radio.
