Gerard (Gerry) Burke

Formerly Ballybeg, Peacefully after a short illness at U.H.Galway, surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his father John, his brother Peter and his brother-in-law Brendan Gannon. Very sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his wife Geraldine, daughters Angela and Marie, sons Johnny, Brian, Noel and Patrick,daughter-in-law Sara, Johnny's partner Caoimhe, Marie's partner Peadar and Patrick's partner Mary, adored grandchildren Ryan, Caragh , Eábha, and Fiadh, his mother Bridgie, sisters Mary and Margaret, brothers Patrick and Brendan,sisters-in-law Nicola, Caroline and Rena, brothers-in-law Brian and Eamon, his Aunt Mary Kelly (Kilcreest), uncles Mikey Kelly (Ballinrobe), John Kelly (Abbey), Tommy Kelly and Martin Kelly (Kiltormer), nieces, nephews, relatives wonderful neighbours and his wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Corrandulla Mortuary Chapel (H91HN83) on Tuesday evening (29th August) from 5pm until 7pm. Removal from his home on Wednesday morning (30th August) at 10.15am to St. Brendan's Church Corrandulla (H91HN83) for Requiem Mass at 11am, burial afterwards in Annaghdown Cemetery (H91FCDI). Mass will be live-streamed at www.churchtv.ie/corrandulla and broadcast on parish radio. If you would like to offer your condolence to the family you can do so in the condolence section below.
