The death has occurred of
Gerard (Gerry) CAHILL
CAHILL Gerard (Gerry), (of Clonshaugh, Dublin 17, late of Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo). January 8th 2024, peacefully at Beaumont Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Margaret (née Fox), sister Eileen (McGreevy), brothers Fr. Desmond, Joseph, PJ and Donal, brothers-in-law, Pa McGreevy, Tom and Peter Glavey, and sister-in-law Eileen (Jackson). Sadly missed by his loving wife Maureen (née Glavey), his daughters Margaret O’Donnell and Veronica, sons Joseph and Keith, his beloved grandchildren Eden, Reece, Drew, Freya, Teyte and Addison, son-in-Law Thomás, daughters-in-law Kathy and Joanne, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.
May his gentle soul, Rest in Peace.
Reposing at his home on Thursday, January 11th, from 6pm to 8pm. All other times are strictly private. Removal on Friday morning to St Brendan’s Church, Coolock, arriving for 11am Mass. Burial afterwards in Dardistown Cemetery.
