The death has occurred of
Gerard (Gerry) CUNNINGHAM
Cunningham (Newry) June 3rd, 2020. Suddenly at his residence, Gerard (Gerry), dearly beloved husband of the late Marie (32 years deceased) and the late Christine (2 years deceased), cherished father of John, Kieran, Gerard and Colm and much loved brother of Maisie and the late Max, Nuala and Hughie, Hawthorn Hill and formerly of Merchants Quay.
May he Rest In Peace
House and funeral strictly private due to the government regulations. Gerry’s funeral cortège will leave his late residence on Friday at 11.30am for 12noon Requiem Mass in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Cloughoge. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Those friends and neighbours who wish to pay their respects are welcomed to line the route from Hawthorn Hill to the church as long as they adhere to the social distancing rules.
Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing sons, daughter-in-law Alice, Bronagh, Deborah and Judith, grandchildren Christopher, Marie, Niall, Paul, Colm, Andrew, Emma and Sarah Jayne, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and the entire family circle.
