Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of all at Bons Secours Hospital, Cork. Beloved husband of Sally and loving father of Martin and Theresa. Adored grandfather of Leah, Holly, Jack, Evan and Hannah and great-grandfather of Noah and Evie. Gerry is predeceased by his dear parents Joseph and Teresa, brothers Danny and Christy and brother in law Pat. Sadly missed by his family, son in law John, daughter in law Frances, brother Cecil, sister Molly, sister in law Pauline, Holly’s partner Andrew, Leah’s partner Gary, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Gerry will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Rd., Cobh P24Y383, on Monday, July 1st, from 5.30 pm with prayers at 7.00 pm. Removal from his home 22, Wilmount Park, on Tuesday, July 2nd, at 1.30 pm to St. Colman’s Cathedral for 2.00 pm Requiem Mass followed by burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery, Cobh
