Gerard (Gerry) Forken

Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Aperee Nursing Home, Galway. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his wife Angela, sons Ciaran and Joseph, daughters-in-law Emir and Melanie, grandchildren Oscar and Niamh, sisters Bernadette and Ann, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Gerard at 11 a.m. on Friday 27th August at St. Ignatius Church, Sea road. Funeral after Mass to Rahoon Cemetery.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated in accordance with current Government guidelines on funerals and public gatherings. The attendance at the Church will be limited to 50 people.
