Gerard Holland

Holland (of Hollands Undertakers, Tir Na Nean, Lislevane, Bandon), on March 14th 2024, suddenly at his home surrounded by his family.

 

Dearly beloved husband of Eileen, much loved father of Ciara, Grainne and Gearoid. Brother of Mary (McGhee), Imelda (Kearney), Denise (McCarthy) and the late Michael. Son of the late John and late Lena.

 

Sadly missed by his loving family, daughter-in-law Anne-Maire, Grainne’s partner Joe, brothers-in-law Joe, Noel, Cally, Patrick and John, sisters-in-law, Nora (Flavin), Siobhan (McCarthy), Marie (Carroll), Kay (Lawton), Patricia (O’Donovan), nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Holland's Funeral Home, Barryroe (P72FY88) on Friday, 15th March, from 5pm to 7pm followed by prayers at 7pm. ​​​​Requiem Mass Saturday, 16th March, in Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Barryroe (P72 T206) at 11am followed by burial afterwards at Lislevane Cemetery.

 

Beware of road closures on Saturday due to the West Cork Rally.
