Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Christy and Maura, brothers Michael, Vincent, Pj and John and daughter-in-law Jennifer.

Deeply missed by his heartbroken family, wife Margaret, children John, Veronica (Russell), Gerard and Gary, daughters-in-law Caroline and Sanne, son-in-law Steph, mother-in-law Bridget Shanahan, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers and sisters Mary (Tompkins), Chris, Anna (Maher), Sr. Kathleen and Francis, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.

Gerard will repose in Mc Mahons Funeral Home, Newmarket-On-Fergus this Tuesday (3rd September) from 6pm to 7:30pm followed by removal to Our Lady of the Wells Church, Clonmoney. Funeral Mass Wednesday (4th September) at 11am followed by burial in Fenloe Cemetery.
