The death has occurred of
Gerard (Macker) McCarthy
McCarthy (Cork); on May 9th 2025, peacefully with his nephew Denis by his side at Cork University Hospital; Gerard (Macker), formerly of Churchfield Avenue; beloved son of the late Kathleen and Edward and loving brother of James, Marie, Theresa, Kathleen, Geraldine and the late Ann, Eddie and Martina.
Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Visitation at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Monday 12th May from 12.00pm to 1.00pm with prayers at 12.45pm. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine's Cemetery, Kilcully.
