The death has occurred of
Gerard Michael Daughton
Gerard Michael Daughton, Breezy Point, New York and Dromerin, Listowel, Co. Kerry. Gerard passed away (peacefully) on August 24th, 2025, after an illness bravely borne, in the excellent care of the medical team at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital, Manhattan, New York. Pre-deceased by his father Michael. Gerard will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Patricia, his mother Marjorie, sisters Kathleen, Eilish, Mairead and Carmel, uncle Bob and cousin Cathal, his 8 nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and his many life long friends and neighbours in the U.S.A and Ireland.

Visitation will be held at Marine Park Funeral Home, Brooklyn on Thursday 28th August from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday (August 29th) at St. Thomas More Church, Breezy Point, New York, at 2.30pm (Irish Time), live-streamed on www.btparish.org , followed by burial in St. John's Cemetery, Middle Village, New York.
A Memorial Mass to celebrate Gerard's life will take place at a later date in St. Teresa's Church, Ballydonoghue.
