The death has occurred of Gerard Scanlon, Ballybrennan, Ballymote, Co. Sligo, 15 November 2021. Suddenly, at his residence. Predeceased by his father Paddy. Dearly loved husband of Jane and devoted father to David, Ciara and Mark. Deeply regretted by his mother Bridie, sister Mary, mother-in-law Bridie Davey, aunt Maureen (Lavin), brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, many cousins, relatives, neighbours, work colleagues and friends.
Rest in Peace
Gerard will repose at the Perry Funeral Home, Ballymote (F56TK20), on Wednesday 17th from 5pm to 7:30pm (walk through only, no handshaking and please keep to the Covid19 HSE regulations at all times).
Funeral Mass in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote, on Thursday 18th at 12 noon. Mass will be live-streamed online @ https://ballymoteparish.org/webcam/ Burial afterwards in St. Columba's Cemetery. Condolence messages for the family may be left on the link below.
