Gerardine Fahy (nee Nestor) Menlo House, Monument Road, Menlo, Galway.  Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Galway University Hospital. Predeceased by her father Paddy Nestor (Barnacranny, Bushypark). Cherished wife of Frank (Councillor) and devoted mother to Aisling, Aaron and Sean. Very sadly missed by her family, her mother Tena (Barnacranny), sisters Patricia and Mairead and brother Michael (Bushypark), Aisling and Aaron’s partners Eoin and Sadhbh, niece Rachel, uncles Mairtin Nestor (Bushypark) and Vinnie Bourke (Corcullen), aunts Marie Deehan (Culleens, Sligo), Kay Browne (Dromore West, Sligo) and Yvonne Hargadon (Castleknock, Dublin), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family and a large circle of relatives, neighbours and friends.

In accordance with the current government guidelines on public gatherings regarding Corvid 19, the funeral will take place privately for family only. Reposing at her home in Menlo, on this Wednesday evening from 3.00pm until 5.00pm.

Removal on this (Thursday) arriving at St James’ Church, Bushypark for Mass at 1.00pm. Burial will take place afterwards in Menlo Cemetery.  Funeral Cortége will travel from St James’ Church, Bushypark via Cathedral and Woodquay to Ballindooley. The cortége will then proceed via Monument Road to Menlo Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donation, if desired, to Cancer Care West and Diabetes Ireland.
